CURRIED CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 to 3 tbsp. curry powder
1/4 c. chutney, chopped
2 whole chicken breasts, poached
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. heavy cream

Melt butter in large saucepan, add flour and curry powder, stirring with whisk. When smooth add broth, stirring constantly. Add cream and chutney, stirring occasionally. Simmer. Add sliced chicken or pour over breast halves, just before serving.
