CURRIED CHICKEN SPREAD 
1 c. chopped cooked chicken or
2 (5 oz.) cans boned chicken, drained
3 tbsp. chutney
2 green onions, cut up
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
Sliced pumpernickel bread

Grind together chicken, chutney and onions. Beat together cream cheese, mayonnaise and curry powder until fluffy. Fold in chicken mixture. Refrigerate for a while. Spread on bread and garnish with chopped peanuts if desired. This makes a lot. I would say around 50 open face sandwiches on pumpernickel size bread.
