BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 head fresh broccoli (cut into bite size pieces)
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. red onions (chopped)
2 tbsp. white sugar
3 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sunflower seeds
10 slices bacon (fried crisp and crumbled)

In a salad bowl, toss together broccoli, raisins, and red onions. In another bowl, whisk together white sugar, vinegar, and mayonnaise. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Before serving, mix in sunflower seeds and crumbled bacon.
