2 lbs. carrots
1 1/3 c. water
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. raisins
2 tbsp. butter

Scrape and peel carrots. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Cook covered in water 15 minutes. Add honey, raisins and butter. Serves 6.
