TURKEY CASHEW CASSEROLE 
1 c. cut up turkey or chicken
1 c. undiluted mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. coarsely cut celery
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 lb. coarsely cut cashews
Salt & pepper to taste
30 coarsely crumbled Ritz crackers

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix turkey, soup, celery, onions, nuts, salt and pepper. In 1 1/2 quart casserole place layers of turkey mixture and crumbs, ending with crumbs. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
