1 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Scant 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. parsley
Rounded 1/4 tsp. onion powder
Rounded 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2/3 tsp. Morton's sausage seasoning
1/2 stick butter

Mix together all ingredients except butter. Melt butter in pan in 400 or 425 degree oven. Wet pieces of chicken; shake in bag with mix. Place in pan. Bake 1/2 hour; turn. Bake another 1/2 hour. Keep remaining mix to use later.
