TACO SALAD | |
1 head lettuce (medium) cut into small pieces 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger, browned in 1 diced onion and drained 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans (drained) 3 to 4 diced tomatoes 1 lg. Kraft Catalina dressing 1 (8 oz.) block sharp Cheddar cheese (shredded) 1 bag nacho cheese Doritos (crunched) Drain browned hamburger and onion in colander and let cool. Add kidney beans. In large bowl put hamburger and kidney beans, put lettuce over that, then tomatoes then shredded cheese. Chill. When ready to serve, add Doritos and enough Catalina dressing and toss. Serve immediately or it will get soggy. (I cut this recipe in half to make a large mixing bowl.) |
