SALMON LOAF 
15 1/2 oz. can salmon, drained and flaked
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley
4 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix all together and bake in loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes then pour Tangy sauce over.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients. Heat in medium sauce pan just until sauce is hot; DO NOT BOIL! Serve hot over salmon loaf.
