GREEN CHILE PORK A LA JEAN 
Boneless pork chops, cut into strips
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can green chiles, sliced
4 c. black beans, cooked
1 c. brown stock
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. beer
1 jalapeno pepper, diced

Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven or casserole. Cook slowly at 350 degrees in the oven for 3 hours. (May also be simmer on stove top for 3 hours as an alternate cooking method). Serve wrapped in warm flour tortillas or over rice.
