SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. onion
1 c. sour cream
1/2 to 1 lb. Italian sausage or ground beef
6 oz. tomato paste
1 c. water
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Break spaghetti in half, cook and drain. Add eggs and Parmesan cheese. Pour into well-greased pie plate and pat mixture up the sides with spoon. Saute the onions in the butter. Stir in the sour cream and pour over the spaghetti. Crumble and cook the meat. Drain. Add tomato paste and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon meat mixture over the sour cream mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Put Mozzarella on top; bake until cheese melts.

NOTE: This freezes well, so make 2 and freeze one before baking.
