HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, pressed

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Place mixture in 1 quart casserole dish. Bake at 300 degrees for about 45 minutes or until lightly golden. Serve hot with a variety of crackers.
