EGG CASSEROLE 
18 hard boiled eggs, peeled & chopped
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
1 tbsp. parsley
1 lb. cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 c. milnot
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. basil
Bread crumbs

Melt butter; add flour, salt, pepper. Stir until smooth. Add milnot and milk; cook until thickened. Add cheese; let melt. Remove from heat and add seasonings. In 2 quart greased dish; layer eggs, bacon, parsley and sauce. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. May substitute ham for bacon. May prepare ahead and refrigerate. Serves 10 to 12.
