DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese (heated to lukewarm)
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 c. flour

Soften yeast in water (let stand 10 minutes). Combine in mixing bowl cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and softened yeast. Add flour to form stiff dough, beating well after each addition. (For first addition, use mixer on low speed.)

Cover. Let rise in warm place until light and double in size (about 50 to 60 minutes). Stir down dough (beat hard). Turn into well- greased 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole dish. Let rise in warm place until light (30 to 40 minutes). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Brush with butter. Makes 1 round loaf. With glass dish use 325 degree oven.
