JELLO SALAD MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon or lime Jello
1 c. hot water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. shredded carrots
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. diced celery
1 c. cream, whipped or Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add cream cheese, let set to soften. Add carrots, pineapple, nuts, celery and whipped cream. Refrigerate until set or overnight.
