MOLDED JELLO SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. fruit Jello
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple
1 c. cottage cheese or sour cream

Heat 2 cups of water boiling and dissolve Jello. Chill until slightly thick. Add undrained pineapple and cottage cheese. Pour into 1 1/2 quart mold. Chill.

For added flavor and texture add 1 cup mandarin oranges or red or green grapes.
