MOLDED JELLO SALAD 
2 boxes lg. Jello mix, any flavor
1 pkg. unflavored Knox gelatin
1 c. half and half
1 c. sugar
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. fruit
2 1/2 c. water

Mix 1 large Jello with 1 cup hot water; pour into 9 x 13 pan; chill until firm. Mix 1 package Knox gelatin with 1/2 cup water; let set. Mix half and half and sugar in small pan; bring almost to a boil, stirring constantly. Cool. Mix sour cream and vanilla. Combine Knox gelatin mix with the half and half mixture with sour cream mix. When cool, pour on top of the chilled Jello mixture in 9 x 13 pan. Mix 1 large box of Jello with 1 cup hot water or fruit juice and any fruit. Pour on top of the white layer and chill until firm.
