CANDIED YAMS 
4 c. mashed potatoes (2, 30 oz. cans, drained)
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter, melted

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter

Mix potatoes, sugar, butter and vanilla. Pour into pan. Mix topping ingredients together. Pour onto potatoes. Bake 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
