CARAMEL CREAM PIE 
Graham cracker crust
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 (4 oz.) carton whipped topping

Microwave condensed milk in deep container on 40% power for 12 to 18 minutes, stirring several times, until milk caramelizes. Let cool completely. Pour into pie shell and spread. Chill. Top with whipped topping. Two thirds cup chopped dates and or 2/3 cup chopped nuts can be added.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
