DOUBLE CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE 
1 German chocolate cake mix (I like Betty Crocker's)
2/3 c. water
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 pkg. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 c.)

Beat cake mix, water, eggs, and sour cream until moistened. Beat, scraping bowl constantly, for 2 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips (do not use mixer; use spoon). Pour into greased and floured 12 cup bundt cake pan or 10 x 4 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, until tester comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; invert and remove pan. Cool and drizzle with Powdered Sugar Glaze. Sprinkle with coconut or miniature chips.

POWDERED SUGAR GLAZE:

1 c. confectioners sugar
Water

Mix sugar and 1 tablespoon water. Stir in additional water, 1 tespoon at a time, until if desired consistency.
