HAWAIIAN SWEET POTATOES | |
2-3 lbs. (about 4 c.) cooked, mashed sweet potatoes 1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple with syrup 6 tbsp. melted butter, divided 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. packed dry bread crumbs 2 tbsp. brown sugar Dash cloves 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Use ungreased 1 quart casserole dish. 2. To sweet potatoes, stir in pineapple, 2 tablespoons butter and salt. Turn into casserole dish. 3. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over top. 4. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 30 minutes. 6 large servings. |
