4 c. sweet potatoes, cooked
1 c. grated pineapple
1/3 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
6 marshmallows (opt.)

RECIPE FOR 2:
1 c. sweet potatoes
1/4 c. grated pineapple
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 marshmallows (opt.)

1. Combine pineapple with sweet potato in buttered baking dish. Dot with butter.

2. Place over the top the marshmallows. Brown in moderate oven 25 to 30 minutes.
