ROTEL CHIP DIP 
Rotel tomatoes (in Mexican food section at grocery store)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
(2 cans tomatoes)
(2 lbs. Velveeta)

Soften the cream cheese. Drain tomatoes, reserving some juice to help make smooth. We use 1 can tomatoes to 1 package of cream cheese. If this is too hot, use 2 packages to 1 can.

You may also make it using Velveeta and keep hot in a fondue pot. Both are great for all kinds of chips and vegetables.
