SLYVIA'S CHIP DIP 
2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
3 avocados
2 tsp. lemon juice
Dash salt & pepper
1 c. mayonnaise, blended w/1 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning, sprinkled over
1 c. chopped green onion
3 ripe tomatoes, seeded & chopped
2 to 3 (1/2 oz.) black olives, chopped

Layer in order given in a 9 x 12 inch pan. Mash the avocados and add the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cover all with 1 to 2 cups grated cheddar cheese. Serve with a variety of chips.
