APRICOT NUT BREAD 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. dried apricots, chopped
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Mix well. Pour in greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
