1 c. sm. marshmallows
1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. grated apple
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. water

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup hot water. Add 1 cup cold water. Chill until consistency of thick syrup. Whip. Whip cream, adding sugar. Combine all ingredients. Chill until set.
