CRANBERRY RELISH SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. hot water
1 orange, cut up and seeded
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. pecans
1 1/2 c. cranberries

In blender, put Jello and hot water. Blend on high for 20 seconds. Add the orange, cranberries, sugar, and salt. Cover and blend on high 15 seconds. Add pecans and flick motor on and off to chop nuts. Pour into greased mold and chill. Double recipe for 9 x 13 inch tin.
