CRISPY CHICKEN ROLLUPS 
3 whole boneless chicken breast, halved & pounded
6 slices cooked ham
6 slices cheese (Swiss or American)
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. "Team" flakes, coarsely crushed
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Team is best, but you can use any cereal flakes.

Top each chicken breast with 1 slice ham and cheese roll up. Secure with toothpicks. Dip in beaten egg. Coat with crumbs. Place in greased shallow baking dish. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
