CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP | |
2 (8 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained and minced 1 1/2 c. chicken broth or 1 (13 oz.) can broth 1 1/2 c. skim milk Pepper to taste 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Simmer mushrooms in broth 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Yield: 4 servings - 1 serving = 1/2 milk - 1/2 vegetable and 1 fat - 61 calories. |
