PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can drained, crushed pineapple
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. seasoned salt

Reserve 1 cup of pecans. Mix the rest of ingredients, roll into ball, cover with remaining 1 cup of pecans.
