PINEAPPLE GREEN PEPPER CHEESE
BALL
 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 sm. onion, grated
1 sm. green pepper, minced, not grated
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained thoroughly
1 tbsp. seasoned salt

Mix cream cheese until smooth. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pat into ball with spoon. Cool in refrigerator until firm. Roll ball in pecan bits. Makes one large ball or two small. Keep refrigerated.
