BROWNIE CAKE 
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. self rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
16 oz. can chocolate syrup

Mix above ingredients together. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until done. Spread with frosting made of: 1 stick of butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Bring to a boil, add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and stir until thoroughly melted. Add 1 cup chopped nuts.
