SHRIMP DELIGHT 
3/4 c. butter
1 med. onion, chopped; or 2 tsp. onion flakes
1 med. bell pepper, chopped; or 2 tbsp. pepper flakes
2 c. raw rice
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup & 1 c. water
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
Salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 to 2 lb. peeled raw shrimp

Melt butter in casserole dish. Cut up onion and bell pepper. Mix with remaining ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. After 30 minutes, stir and continue baking. Should be covered throughout baking.
