GOURMET HALIBUT | |
2 lb. halibut steaks, 1 1/2 inches thick 1/2 c. chopped green onions plus tops 1 c. sour cream 1/4 tsp. white pepper Salt to taste Dash of dill weed 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese Place halibut in well buttered baking dish, single layer. Combine all ingredients except cheese and pour over fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and broil long enough to brown cheese lightly. I also do this one in the microwave: cook fish half way then put on sour cream mixture and cheese to completely cooking (cheese does not brown). Serves 4. |
