GOURMET HALIBUT 
2 lb. halibut steaks, 1 1/2 inches thick
1/2 c. chopped green onions plus tops
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Salt to taste
Dash of dill weed
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Place halibut in well buttered baking dish, single layer. Combine all ingredients except cheese and pour over fish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and broil long enough to brown cheese lightly.

I also do this one in the microwave: cook fish half way then put on sour cream mixture and cheese to completely cooking (cheese does not brown). Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
