POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hashbrowns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. cream of chicken
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. onion

TOPPING:

2 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Pour melted butter over hashbrowns. Combine all other ingredients then mix with above. Top with topping and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Topping: Combine and top.
