POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hashbrowns (thawed)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 c. milk
8 oz. carton sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated cheddar cheese

Combine soups, milk and sour cream; mix until smooth. Add potatoes, salt and pepper. Bake, covered, in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with cheese the last 30 minutes. Makes 12 servings.

The time to relax is when you don't have time for it.
