SPICY POT ROAST 
3 lb. rolled bottom roast (I use regular pot roast, boneless)

Rub with salt, pepper, garlic powder and brown on all sides in black skillet with a little Wesson oil.

Mix together:

1 can Coca Cola
1 (12 oz.) jar Heinz chili sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. Tabasco sauce

Pour over browned roast.

Cook: covered in black skillet 325 degrees for 2 hours and 45 minutes.

Dutch oven with lid eliminates bubbling over you might have with skillet.

I always serve mashed potatoes but rice or noodles would be good, too. (Sauce is a little runny.)
