POTATO SALAD 
8-10 lg. potatoes
1 med. onion
2-3 celery stalks, chopped
3 hard boiled eggs
1 c. sweet pickle relish

DRESSING FOR POTATO SALAD:

4 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix well.

Boil potatoes until almost done. Drain. Add chopped onions, celery, eggs and relish. Then stir in the dressing.
