SALMON PATTIES 
1 can (15 oz.) salmon (reserve liquid)
1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. cooked rice
Onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper to taste
Cooking oil

Soak crackers in liquid from salmon. Add all other ingredients except oil and mix. Shape into patties and cook in oil until brown on both sides. Makes 12-14 patties.
