TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 can kidney beans
8 oz. bottle Thousand Island Dressing
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 bag taco chips
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. fresh diced tomato

Stir until moistened. Chill before serving. Add taco chips just before serving.
