TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 pkg. taco mix
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
8 oz. pkg. crescent rolls
Tomatoes, lettuce and taco sauce
1/4 c. ripe olives
1 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 egg

Brown ground beef and onions, add taco mix and refried beans, until mixture is heated. Place crescent rolls in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan (non-greased). Spread with fingers 1/2 inch up onto sides. Spread ground beef mixture on top of rolls. Place olives on next. Mix sour cream, egg and cheese together. Spread this over olives. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-3 minutes. Garnish with chopped tomatoe, lettuce and taco sauce.
