1 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. light karo syrup
4 oz. Special K cereal
6 oz. pkg. semi sweet chocolate morsels
6 oz. pkg. butterscotch morsels

Mix peanut butter, sugar and syrup by hand (stir). Blend in cereal and press firmly into 9 x 12 oil pan. Combine chocolate and butterscotch morsels. Melt together over boiling water or in microwave. Spread over cereal mixture. Chill until firm. Cut into squares.
