STEAK BEER-GERS 
2 lbs. fresh ground sirloin or chuck
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 can beer, room temp.
3 tbsp. butter
6 slices bacon

Gently mix meat, salt, pepper and beer and shape into 6 large patties. Spread sides of each one with butter; then wrap each with bacon and secure with toothpick. Broil over charcoal or under oven broiler.
