GROUND MEAT MIXTURE 
3 eggs
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. carrot, shredded
3 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt

In a large bowl, beat the eggs slightly. Stir in bread crumbs, chopped onion, chopped celery, shredded carrot and salt. Add the ground beef; mix well. Cook the mixture, half at a time, until the meat is light brown in color. Drain off excess fat. Let cool. Ground Meat Mixture may be stored in freezer for up to 3 months.
