TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
2 cans (7 oz.) tuna
8 oz. sour cream
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 slices toast (crumbled)
2 tbsp. butter
Paprika, optional

Cook noodles; drain. Return to kettle. Stir in tuna, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole.

Mix toast crumbs, cheese and butter; sprinkle over casserole then sprinkle paprika over crumb mixture. Bake uncovered, 350 degrees, for 35-40 minutes.
