TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. thin noodles 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. flour 1 (7 oz.) can tuna 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 c. milk Salt & pepper Cook noodles; drain. Melt butter; blend in flour. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly. When sauce thickens, blend in cream cheese. Combine with tuna and noodles; season. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. |
