SELF FILLED CUPCAKES | |
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix (2 layer size) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/3 c. sugar 1 egg Dash of salt 1 c. chocolate chips Mix cake according to package directions. Line cupcake tins with paper liners. Fill each 2/3 full. Cream the cream cheese with the sugar. Beat in egg and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop 1 rounded teaspoonful on cheese mixture into each cupcake. Bake as package directs. Makes 30. |
