SOUR CREAM NUT POUND CAKE 
1 c. sweet whipped butter
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. each vanilla and lemon flavoring
1 qt. chopped pecans (2 c. will do)
3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream

Cream butter, add sugar gradually; add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each addition. Mix flour and soda and add alternately with sour cream to creamed mixture. Add flavorings and pecans; bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

While cake is still hot, combine:

1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1/3 c. orange juice

Mix to dissolve and pour over hot cake.
