CHICKEN - VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
20 oz. bag mixed vegetables, cook until tender
1 chicken, cooked & diced
1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese
6 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 sticks melted butter

9 x 13 inch pan, greased. Mix vegetables with 1 can undiluted mushroom soup. Put 1/2 of vegetables in pan. Cover with diced chicken. Cover with Velveeta cheese slices. Add other 1/2 of vegetables. Top with bread cubes. Dot each cube with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until bubbly.
