CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
1 (10 oz.) can condensed chicken soup
2 c. boiling water
8 chicken breasts, skinned

In oven brown rice in 9x13 pan 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine salad dressing, soup and water. Stir into rice. Lay chicken on rice. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
