CHICKEN AND RICE DINNER | |
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 cans cream of chicken soup Minute rice, cooked 1 pkg. frozen English peas 1 pkg. hot rolls Spray 9 x 13 inch casserole dish with Pam. Place chicken breasts in pan and cover with soup. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown and bubbly (about 1 1/4 hours). Serve over rice along with peas and hot rolls. |
